Dr. Michael Johnston
Dr. Johnston was raised in Conyers, Georgia. He graduated from the University of Georgia in 1989 with a degree in Education (specializing in Exercise Physiology). After graduating from UGA, he practiced in the field of physical therapy for 6 years before going back to graduate school to study Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri. He graduated from Logan University in 1999 with a Doctorate in Chiropractic.
For the past 25 years, Dr. Johnston has specialized in treating patients with sports related injuries, work related injuries, and people involved in car accidents.
Dr. Gustavo Ayala
Dr. Gustavo Ayala is the Medical Director at HealthFirst Rehab & Wellness, where he has been caring for patients for the past 12 years. Originally from Barranquilla, Colombia, he earned his Doctorate of Medicine and Surgery from Universidad Metropolitana and has been practicing medicine for over 25 years.
Passionate about providing comprehensive care, Dr. Gustavo is dedicated to helping patients improve their overall health and well-being.
Outside of the clinic, he enjoys watching movies, playing soccer, and relaxing at Panera.
Dr. Ann Drayton
Dr. Ann Drayton was born and raised in the island of Trinidad and Tobago. She graduated Howard University College of Medicine in 1993 and completed a residency in OB/GYN at Nassau County Medical Center, East Meadow, NY. She has been practicing OB/GYN since 1997.
Dr. Drayton is also very well experienced in General Practice, Pain Management and Accident and Injury. She is the mother 3 wonderful children—2 sons and a daughter. Dr. Drayton loves to read, sing and enjoys movies.
Elizabeth (Liz) Rios Parrish
Elizabeth (Liz) Rios Parrish has been with HealthFirst Rehab & Wellness for 8 years and serves as our Office Manager. She attended Westwood College in Illinois and enjoys fishing, knitting, and spending time with family and friends. Liz loves helping patients and working alongside her amazing coworkers every day.
Crystal Huerta
Crystal Huerta has been part of the HealthFirst Rehab & Wellness team for 14 years as our Billing Manager. She attended Ashworth College and continues to bring dedication and care to her role each day. Outside of work, Crystal enjoys volunteering, spending time with her family, and exploring local restaurants with her team. At HealthFirst, Crystal values her position because she enjoys helping patients when needed and working with different attorneys.
